“Iralalaru HPP” is a Bouvet Media documentary on a planned hydroelectric power plant in Lautem, East Timor (Timor-Leste). It shows principles for hydropower generation. Tetum with English subtext. This project planned a hydropower plant that may produce cheap and reliable electricity for Timor-Leste for 100 years. It has a capacity to produce a maximum of 28 MW (million watts), or a total of 189 GWh (billion watt-hours) per year, to the low cost of 0.07 US dollars per kWh.
